Very much reminiscent of the Twins in Silent Hill: The Room, sometimes lifting the sheets to see beneath isn't always a good idea. Such as amazing paint job, looks alive, I could just get it some feeder mice, a nice cage, and call it Samantha.

so intriguing....... extrememly ugly and disgusting, which in this case is a very good thign, yet has a bit of a psychological horror to it. you pity it, iwht its baby expression and obviously pained, horrifying existence, yet know that it is an unholy and dangerous thing.
